Im looking for a coder to code my .PSD website design in HTML & CSS. There is 2 cathes to this though,

1. Job has to be done within 5 days if opting to do full site, or 1/2 days if opting to do 1 page.

2. Payment for this job can only be made "After" you have finsihed the job. Now I knwo what your thinking, NO it's not a scam. I don't usually tell people my business but as this is important the reason is as follows:

2.2 My primary invester for my business wants my website to be "fully robust" meaning clean coding. They want to see a full completed website within the next 5 days "Wednesday 12th September 2007" before they release investment funding to myself to start my business. To prove this I can have my invester email you to confirm what I say is true.

Now I have not left out a way for you to protect yourself because of the payment issue. You can Sell the .PSD design along with the fully coded site and resources ONLY IF I DONT PAY YOU! The website .psd was made by me and It has been valued as £500 for just the design ($1,000) + coding & resources etc, you could sell the entire package for over $1,200.

(Note: When I pay you the money for coding the site, you automatically agree demonstrated by taking the job on WHT that if you sell the deisgn after receiving payment you can be prosecuted under theft.)
