I'm about to start a new website.I have everything ready and the pages pre-made. I need to know where I can find a site where I can buy a domain and keep it without any monthly or yearly fees.

Buy a domain there as they're cheap. Not sure what your referring to about monthly or yearly fee's. Domains you buy them and it's done (a Domain is something.com).

Are you perhaps talking about domain hosting? - Thats usually what people pay monthly or yearly subscriptions for.
