Excuse me but my request is changed. i want this:

200 MB of Space [my goal is: 300 MB or more]
100 GB of BW [We can talk if less]
PHP 5 [without any disabled function]
cPanel 11

now i am with ********** that it gave me 250 mb of space and 100 gb of bw and cpanel 11, but it's PHP version is 4 with many disabled functions

I can give you 300mb space but only 10gb bandwidth which can take over 3.5 million monthly page impressions.

I have PHP 5 but with SafeMode On and the sockets closed (You won't find any decent free host with the sockets open)
If the sockets are open the service is likely to be abused.

I offer Vista Panel but not CPanel.
