ok here goes. i do not need fancy features like fantastico and huge amount of databases or addon domain etc. just a RELIABLE server (little downtime, little server load, best if its a dedicated server, not reseller) i noe its free. so i carn expect much. but just put your offers.

my specs

cPanel (A MUST, no layered panel)
500-700mb space
5-10GB b/w
1 mysql
5 addon/parked
1 FTP account
2 email account
sendmail enabled
curl enabled
fopen enabled
no mysql limits
no post 2 host (im willing to do affilates offers for extras though)
NO ADS! (i can backlink, but no textads or adsense ads)

Have you had a chance to look over the offers? There are many good offers there! I would try to find a free to paid host, so you have a good upgrade path, should you get a lot of traffic.

actually i would rather prefer a personal host. so its easier for me to maintain contact with the admin. btw, i bought a domain, so i only need a quality free domain host

Yeah, there are a few really good, personal, free hosts. I would probably go with a host that has paying customers too, because it would mean that they would be around, especially for the paying clients.
