This is what I need
This is the minimum what i need

+ 100 MB Space
+ 10 GB BW
+ 1 MYSQL
+ cPanel
+ SubDomain
+ Can use my own domain
+ SendMail/PHPMail or anything that makes my visitor can email me
+ No File Size Limit (well, minimum 20mb)
+ No File Type Limitation
+ Can unzip
+ Fantastico / CMS Installer

and of course the hosting will last for a long time

Have you looked through the offers section? There are many good hosts there. I would look for a free to paid host, that way if and when your traffic goes up, you'll be able to have a good upgrade path. Hope this helps

Can I ask why you need such a big file size limit? Are we talking PHP Upload or FTP?

Also, why would you be uploading files around 20mb in size?

I would imagine that it would be a video or zip file. I couldn't see anything else being bigger than 20MB.
