There is more then 40 Million web hoisting provider to choose from and all of them are thirsty for adding your business to their portfolio, in this situation how do you identify and distinguish the best from the worse web hosting providers.

It's a hard thing to distinguish. There are so many. I would just test them thoroughly. Try out the live chats and all that. See how they all work.

There are definitely not 40 million Web hosts. Even counting "affiliate hosts" there are probably only 1 - 2 million at the absolute maximum.

Anyway, you do bring up a good point: which host to choose? One great method is to check with any friends you have, who may also have a Website, and see if they are happy with the Web host they are using.

I'm just going to take a stab and say that this is a spam post... it has that very general feel and makes no sense. In additoin it asks which free host to use, while it is advertising a free host itself.

Unless the OP wants to clarify the situation, I do believe that this topic belongs in the trash bin.
