free hosting script.

anyone have one or heard of one? I'd really like to get a script where I can have a signup form for members and once they sign up for my hosting they're account is created, and they can login into their "member's area" panel.

Only problem is you have to pay for it - either by subscribing or one of purchase.

There are a few free ones but not very good so I never bothered with them (Hence the reason I don't remember their names).
