No, I don't. But you could download the file and then upload it yourself at sites like http://www.uploadfx.com/ and even my site: http://www.freezoka.com.

I don't want a script and then install it on some random web host because web hosts have limited banwidth while a file host have unlimited. So I'm still looking for a free file host with remote url uploading
