I am able to offer you what you need however i use Vista Panel and not Cpanel.

However since you are refusing not to put a link back the ads will have to say or you can remove the ads for $10 per year.

For the amount of space you wish please send a support ticket from your vista control panel requesting this. There no file size limits.

There is an automatic installer (You just need to input the database details) which i can do for you. And you can use upto 5 domains.
