his account will go provide host for open source projects like Linux distros ISO's and other things ,all files will go to be legal and open source .
In page of project ,we will go have a banner or some image/link making pub
the host company .

If it's an open source project I think you could get a host from SourceForge. But I'm not sure about the shell access

I think SourceForge is used for a personal project but it not is a personal project.
I want a download center for open source aplications and distro ISOs and Freeware ...
If any host company want give me sponsor i take administration of project and in my website i gonna make pub this company ...

Most Host offer shared hosting package would not prodive you sheel access for security reason.

You may consider to buy a VPS or a dedicated server...
