NTN Hosting Network SLA Remedy
In the event that NTNHosting does not meet this SLA, Dedicated/Shared/VPS/Reseller Hosting clients will become eligible to request compensation for downtime. If NTNHosting is directly responsible for causing the downtime, the customer will receive a credit for 10 times ( 1,000% ) the actual amount of downtime. This means that if your server is unreachable for 1 hour (beyond the 0.0% allowed), you will receive 10 hours of credit. If NTNHosting is not directly responsible for causing the downtime, the customer will receive a credit for 10 times ( 1,000% ) the actual amount of downtime.

Hello,

I like your site. The fact that it is based on a CMS is, in my opinion, very cool (though I know some who would dispute this).

However, one problem that immediately jumped out to me: while you may indeed have partnered with companies such as Symantec and Grisoft/AVG, these companies have not given you awards. Therefore, labeling their logos as 'NTN HOSTING AWARDS' is misleading. You should label them as something else.

i've been a month in there, and found no problem so far. the server is good, and they support me all the way. last all of it is FREE. all u need is just put an small box google adsense in your pages :D

Good hosting with 100% up time. Just 1 idea: why you don't offer small package? such as: 100mb or 250mb space
