Free Adult Web Hosting Providers?

I don't know if this has ever been asked before, or even if it's allowed to be asked. I got asked about web hosting companies that host adult content, what I was asked specifically if there are any hosts that offer adult hosting for free. I told the person I would look into it, so does anyone know if there are any hosting providers that will offer free adult hosting?! Forgot to mention, the site will not be a big huge porno site, it's basically going to be their own site for business or whatever.

I have yet to come across a free hosting site that allows this (probably because of resource usage). It would be a good market, though, I think.

Well, from what the person asked me, they want me to build them a web site for their own escort business...but from what I can tell this is going to be a solo business; they just want to put pics up, possibly a few movie clips of her dancing or something, etc.

So really that is only soft porn then - if even that. You would probably be able to host it on any free hosting service.

Well, she might make a movie clip with a vibrator, so let's call that medium-core. Right now she is on freeservers.com, not much on the site...but I have seen freeservers -- as well as a bunch of others -- kick people who put adult content on their site; so that is why I am looking for an adult hosting provider for them.

Let me talk to her about it, will be meeting with her tomorrow for a quick rundown of what she wants on the site specifically. Also, I came across this "adult hosting" provider:

Well, for one, it really is a shame you'd stick it on your service. Two, it's illegal to host an adult site on a shared server. It's illegal under federal law, unless you're offshore.

ohmtap, I am sorry you feel that way. But, I am a Libertarian, and I believe in freedom of speech, freedom of expression, and freedom of religion. On our service, (almost) anything goes - because we support freedom for everyone.

It is not illegal to host an adult site on a shared server. Considering you joined this forum in December 2007, have only 13 posts, and are trying to pick a fight, I would say that you are either a child, or you are very new to this industry. Believe me, industry regulation and law is something we follow on a daily basis, through various sources...we would definitely know if it was really illegal to host adult sites on shared servers.

Please, refrain from acting this way again.
