Can you give details on "Slow."? We (me, team & members) never feel that SiteFrost is slow... The downstream (server's upstream) speed can reach up to 223.73 KBps (kilobyte, not kilobit). Average server response time is 0.2 second. Maybe your internet connection is slow. (No offense) Please consider changing your ISP. So, you can open web sites in a better (faster) speed.

I use this forum regularly - and the hosting - and haven't had a problem with speed. I do have a very fast internet connection.
