Clicksor.com pays with paypal, although you might not find the lack of variety of ads and the lowsy payout to your liking...

My webhost company that will be opening in the summer (www.inverthost.com) will have a $4.00 per sign up, and a $20.00 payout. (refer 5 people get 20 bucks!) If you would like to keep in touch and are interested please send an email to affiliate@inverthost.com with your name and website.

ClickXChange (http://www.clickXchange.com/er.phtml?act=854520.1100) pays through PayPal or check in the mail. No additional fees or anything on Paypal also...so it works quite well. I've used them for almost 2 years and they've always been good for me, though I have chosen the check payments as I don't want to lose any of my affiliate income to PayPal fees.

Dont use clicksor. They are really bad and their CPC rates are terrible.

adsense will deliver the ads to almost any country. If thats the problem, use them.

Interesting that I just saw them today in a google ad for the first time, and I'm thinking of switching to them... google really needs to think about the ads it shows, lol.

postforhosting, are you using them? good pay, or what?
