I kept looking for a very good free hosting, but it seems that what I'm looking for is only for premium and I can't afford paying for paid hosting.

So, can anybody help? I'm going to host a social network.

No, it's actually not. The OP wants a dedicated server, which you do not provider. So, your host is not the one he or she is looking for.
