Need free hosting that can retreive XML via HTTP

What I need:
mysql
php


And php is configurated with file_get_content or curl is enabled, such that the script can retrieve an XML file from outside.

Or any other means that the XML will be retrieved regularly.

You really should mention requirements such as allowing adult content in your request. I don't know of any free hosts that allow such content, although I think I remember that there was a startup with such plans.

In most cases, free hosts are at least partially run by the owner's charity; therefore, not many people will really be willing to give you free hosting for such a site, in my opinion.
