50 mb space, 1 GB bandwidth

I reviewed few webhosts on this forum. some offer overselled bandwith and space but have poor features, some are almost perfect but highly slow . I'm asking for some advice in choosing free host.

What do I need?
-At least 50MB disk space
-1 GB monthly traffic
-allow to use other languages other then english
-Most important: PHP5+MySQL+webmail+pop3+smtp
-No ADS
-No post2host
-1 Addon Domaun
-Host My Own Domain
-cpanel


I will be thanful if someone could recommend me some hosting.
