Free Host Needed For Reptile Site

I am searching for a new webhost for my family friendly reptile related website. I plan to run the site with PHP Fusion and plan to install Flashchat from Tufat on the site. I will be needing the following:

Atleast 50MB of space
Atleast 1GB of bandwidth
PHP 4.1 or higher
MySQL 3.23 or higher
A sub-domain

Cpanel would also be a plus, but not required.

The site does have a good bit of content and lots more will be added once I find a good host, so the more space, the better.

also, this Flashchat, is it hosted elsewhere or on the server itself (as in does it store the chats on the server, or a remote one) as we don't allow you to host chat rooms unless remotely hosted :)
