Thumbs up Free Hosting - Backy Corp
Looking for Free Hosting that rates an A+ on support then you've found it. This company has better support than most paid hosting companies! When you submit a support ticket does it take hours before they get back to you? They get back to you in minutes, not hours and you won't have to wait until the next day for an answer! Some "Free Hosting" companies only answer you once a day and others make you ask questions in a forum.

Say goodbye to forums, have your questions answered by techs who actually know how to fix your problem. I had a problem getting my Gallery working, well not anymore the techs at "Backy Corp" fixed the problem within an hour. Other hosting companies didn't have a clue of what was wrong and could care less if they solved my problem. I've tried several "Free Hosting" companies and this one is in a league of their own.

Can you ask them how they cover or plan to cover their costs. Is there a foundation behind that host? It's highly unlikely, but who knows?

It says you need to place their Google Ad code on your pages.

They cover your hosting by Google ads this is true. But the part about placing Google ads on your pages is negotiable if you do it when you sign up. How do I know this? I've done it and I don't have any "Google" ads on my site just a link back to "Backy Corp" on my home page.

I'm finding it hard to believe that you're a customer and not an owner... your post is riddled with advertisements and doesn't contain the usual customer information (when you signed up, your site, etc).

Furthermore, even with Google Ads on your pages there is no way a non-cobranded free host could possibly afford to employ tech support. Maybe there is a volunteer community, but I doubt they are so active that responses are given within minutes.

I find this offer hard to believe, at least on a large scale.

Sorry to say I'm just a customer. You don't really need to know when I signed up or my website name that proves nothing. All I can say is I posted this so others could actually aquire some quality free hosting instead of getting offers of hosting of which turns out to be a total waste time. I thought that's what this forum is for posting the pros and cons of free hosting! I've got nothing to gain by my post since my last name isn't "Backy" so if you can't believe that, that's your problem not mine!

BTW they do offer excellent tech support even though my hosting package is free. I would imagine this company can offer tech support because of some customers do place Google ads on their pages maybe that's how they do it?

If you really want to know how they offer tech support when they offer free hosting, why don't you email them? Let me repeat I'm satisfied with their hosting service and their tech support! I only posted here so others would find about them and that's the only reason!

I don't really care if you believe that or not!

My post isn't "Spam" and isn't any different than any other post on this forum that provides links to other free hosting companies. My post was simply my opinion of their hosting company and nothing more. If you think my post is spam then do me a favor and delete my account! I've got nothing to lose because I'm not the owner, I'm just a customer who doesn't care if you believe it or not!

As somebody who used to use that exact business model, I can assure you that there is no way you can pay a technical support team on such profits.

I think that currently the host has a majority of paid customers, so the tech support is funded by those. If it ever gets a majority of free customers, that would likely turn around.

Otherwise, it could just be that the host is very small and has a dedicated owner. If that is the case, support is easy because there aren't many customers and the owner checks the website every hour or so to respond to enquiries.

And your point is? You had a problem believing what I posted about this web hosting company. I'm not here to discuss how this company offers tech support. That wasn't the issue. In case you forgot the issue was you thought I was the owner not a customer and for the record you were wrong. BTW their tech support does get back to me in minutes, sounds unbelievable but it's true and their service is better than most paid hosting companies. How do I know this? Because I was a customer of some of those companies not an owner like some people thought.

Note: Plugging any hosting company may be considered as spam unless you are the owner!

Well for one, telling us what website you have hosted with them makes it seem a lot less suspicious.
