Need small vps or dedicated server

Hello, im looking for a vps or dedicated server which can support my gaming forum site, my site gets alot of trafic per day from ireland/uk/usa and germany/ atm it has been offline for 2weeks so i cant show you the correct traffic, but i have a alexa report you can look at.

this site gets alot of hits from sites like xbox.com and playstation.com, so imagine the traffic you will get, i can place a link to you on the site if requested, also atm my site is not hosted because i am unable to login to my hosting account and am waiting for admins to contact me which is very poor service... the hosting im currently paying for is paid up front yearly and im unable to login, i have given the current host alot of hits and fell let down by there admin service. so if you can offer me the below quata please hit me with a pm or email. thanks

Linux server with ffmpeg installed
max upload connection 100+mb
50+ gigs of space to start out with. (Space for uploaded videos)
300+ gigs of bandwidth
Preferably cpanel/whm Helm, VPS/Dedicated Required!! Not shared
SSH and Console root Access
Rebooting through your control panel
Shell access
PHP,MySQL,PERL the usual server goodies.
Uptime 99.98%
Reserved RAM
DONT WANT POST FOR HOSTING (because it means all my time will be spent posting on your site, unless you allow more than me or my ip)

hello, have sent a few emails requesting when the server is goning to be setup, you supplyed me with a shared server, which was overloaded when i logged in to view, i did get an email saying it was a mistake and you would reprovision a new account, but i have heard no more about it.
