Need a good host for icyphoenix

I need a good host for icyphoenix forum it was coded from phpbb i guess and i need this much:

Around 250mb space.
around 10+gb bw
2 mysql database
around 3/+ emails
2+ ftp logins
cpanel
sub domain
ads none but if its just a small banner at top its fine.

I wanna use it for say game reviews with videos from youtube with info of the game and the cover img hosted say on imagehack or something.. and voting and crap and talk about maybe windows and stuff.. if you could find me a host that allowed all that i'll be thankful.. i can't pay cause i don't have much money. so thanks for your time..

Btw is any of that illegal just info? cause i'm not doing any copy right files or nothing just reviews and talking about windows mac.. etc

yes. the email works and it has a send feature.

i think your problem is on your forum. i tried to register in your forum but no verification mail was sent to my email account. try installing PHPBB using our fantastico installer. i guarantee you it will work. :)
