Need good BW and good upload speeds

I'm looking for a small amount of web space to host images and a few files for a game server.


- About 500MB to 1.5GB of space
- 15GB++ Bandwidth (not sure how much I will use)
- A good upload/download speed because my game server requires people to be constantly retrieving information from the files that will be hosted.
- FTP access
- a sub domain with hot linking allowed and no file restrictions

There will be no website because I use Xampp for my main website. I just don't have good enough upload speeds to host these files on my computer.



Or..
If anyone is willing to let me use a VPS to host my server and website that would be cool too. I could advertise on my website and put up a paypal donations link for you.

What is your Website about? What kind of traffic does it receive?

Its a virtual socializing kind of community with games and stuff. My previous website went well and got lots of people but I had to close down because the server that I run off my computer needed lots of work. Now I've opened up a new website on my computer, this time with a beta of the new, soon to come, server.
I have not advertised yet anywhere except for on the old website. So right now its small, just a few old members are back. But, once the server is ready I will advertise again and get back all the people.
I don't code the server or the website, I just manage it.

The age group of the members are from 13 to 18.

Well, pretty much any VPS with specs better then my computer, which is:
1.5gb SDRAM
1.8ghz P4 Processor
And, of course, it needs a good internet connection, must have good upload speeds.

What about disk space and bandwidth? What do you think you'd need there? Does control panel matter?

Ah, I knew I forgot something. It also needs a mysql server, just one database.
Bandwidth, probably 10gb+. I really have no idea how much bandwidth will be used or needed, probably not a lot. Disk space, 1GB MAX. Everything needed to run the server, including website, is all under 1GB I believe.

As for a control panel, doesn't matter to me. As long as I have full access to all server & website files and can start/stop the server then I'm good.

Does anyone have a free host with none of the usual crappy free host limits?
I need something like my XAMPP but, a real webhost. Know what I mean?
I wont be using much space, under 1gb. Ill need no less then 10gb BW. And, IF I do put any rar's or stuff for people to download it wont be anything illegal, or anything bigger then 100mb.

I just need a webhost where I can put all my images, miniwebsites, website files that i code for others, small projects, ect.. No porn or Warez and nothing with big filesizes.

^^ Those "crappy" limits are there for a reason. Even though I trust you are not an abuser of free hosting services, there are many people who are. Sometimes, in order to get what you are looking for, it is necessary to choose paid hosting.

Well, hopefully something will come up. I noticed an old topic in the "Free Hosting With No Ads" section of a guy offering paid hosting for free. Heh, bummer I didn't check this place out 3 months ago. :P

I realize its hard to trust people these days but I promise I wont abuse it. No porn, no warez, no torrents, no phishing, no scamming, no viruses/trojans/adware/malware/ect. You get the point. :P
