Why would you want to allow a chat script? They make constant MySQL queries at one time, and are not light on the server, sure it is only one script, but imagine if more then 1 had it O-o

Where do you live? Our sysadmins block IPs in a few other countries, as well. If you can PM me with your country and IP address, that would be great. I can pass this on to the sysadmins to see what the problem is.
