What is the best place to advertise your free hosting? [I dont mean just like popular forums, I mean, URL's]

I think the first thing you should do is try and get your site listed on dmoz.org (http://www.dmoz.org).

I haven't had a site listed there before but I think you will get high pagerank and lots of hits too.

Try some of those Topsite programs. I did it once back when I was a wee-lil newbie, and I got a lot of hits.

before that exchange links with some good sites, submit your site to top search engines,

I just bought out a free web host thats gets around 100-200 new signups a day :D And I will be advertising it right here on FWHT, along with my paid host.

Try some of these traffic exchange programs.
One example is :NoMoreHits.com (http://www.nomorehits.com/cgi-bin/start.cgi?referrer=obekt)
The main idea : You visit a member's website and they visit yours.
Note that some people run auto hit scripts for these programs. But you can still make some traffic as the clicks are mostly manual.
