Hi!
Ok...basically it's going to work like this:
I will offer the next forty people (first come, first served)
free support services for your hosting customers for 2 weeks.
At the end of the two weeks, we'll see. You need to go here:
http://www.mtnrh.net/pst
and register for a account. Username and password must be six characters or numbers minimum. There are a few rules:
1) understand that I do have paying customers...and those people will always have priority over free support.
2) Why am I doing this? I need experience. I will never be a normal host. If I ever do actual hosting in the future..it will be very high end and extremely specialized.
3) I work every day from 10PM-6AM with three extra hours added to the weekdays EST. These are the only hours I can guarantee..but will be "on" at different intervals throughout the day...just none I can guarantee at this point.
4) All problems can either be submitted through the helpdesk or directly to:
support@mtnrh.net.
Ok..let the games begin. I will acknowledge all the registrations and you will be given a tracking number that will be used with all the tickets you submit.
