A sort of forums? If you use IPB 1.3 (free) go to www.invisionize.com. They have tons of skins to choose from. If you have much $ to get vbulletin, and you still have some $ left, then go to www.vbulletinskinz.com. But i doubt you have that much money.

CMSs are also skinable (PHP-Nuke).

We need to know exactly what you want the design to be. Exactly. ;)

the background must not be too dark and not too light [which is nice to u]

navigation of the left side
navigation include

- home
- forum
- register
- contact us
- live chat

Below the navigation box; insert another box which is the same size as the navigation box


The center is where the content is.... make sure it longer then the both box on the left


The left side has 1 box name Partners


The headers inclue a picture of a couple of teens or if can u design a logo for me...

Center : The place where the content would be.... Longer then the box on the left and right and also bigger....

Footer : nth... just put teens-talk.tk
