Hey guys, I think that if a International section is created, some new guys will arrive.
I mean, making a non-english forum section. No post count, but it will help.

Im sure this will not happen, since there is only one staff member that ever comes around. Most "Free" Host will not offer to most countries outside of the states anyway. Do not get me wrong, everyone deserves a chance but im sure that will not happen tho.

Don't get me wrong, I've come across some legitimate free hosters, but it's rare these days.
