Updated web host file scanner to version 0.4.
There was a mistake in the xml files, that made them useless, because the signatures wouldn't match anything. My bad for not testing the final release.
Now it works nice. Give it a try and add more rules with the supplied scripts, for example, for torrent scripts, proxies, etc.
