Default What are you using or have setup for backups
So I have been backing up my files manually through ftp on a local drive, but now I have more files to backup half a TB worth and looking to make my backups more

efficient. If you recommend any solutions out there I would greatly appreciate it

Default Use following given points for backups
You should use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac. Time Machine is the built-in backup feature of your Mac. To use it, you need an external storage solution, which you can buy separately. If you only need to back up specific data, use software that will let you pick and choose what files you want to save. To be safe, back up entire folders on a recurring basis to ensure that newly created or updated files get backed up at a later date.
