Chief Operations Officer - Handles all functions of Kyrosera Service, other employees will come to you, you assure quality customer service.
Customer Accounts Manager- Handles all concerns with customer accounts, in charge of suspending and terminating web hosing account as well.
Customer Accounts Operators (3)- Creates customer accounts via WHM.
Customer Support Operators (5)- Handle customer support
Coordinators (3)- Assure pre sales support and general business service quality.
