Email is handled by the server automatically, if you point the nameservers to it. Just log into cPanel and you can create email addresses there.

You will probably have to set your FTP client to passive... you can FTP to ftp.500mb.us, port 21, use your username and password (or your client's if you have created a client account).

I have got the reseller account. It seems very good. Also a antivirus program is installed on the server. I would recomend 500mb.us for all web hosting needs. Also the server is very fast and has very low CPU usage. The best host I have tried ever. Thank you very much.....
